    Administer at least 30 mL/kg crystalloid for sepsis-induced hypoperfusion within the first 3 hours.

  • AStrong

    Norepinephrine is the first-line vasopressor targeting MAP ≥ 65 mmHg.

  • ExpertStrong

    Obtain blood cultures before antimicrobials when this does not delay therapy substantially.
